Delete your account & data

Birthday Reminder · applies to app package com.birthdayreminder.app

You can remove your data at any time. Most of it lives only on your phone; the steps below cover both the on-device data and the limited data on our servers.

1. Remove data on your phone (instant)

Open the app → Settings → Delete all data. This permanently removes every birthday, note, photo and reminder from your device. Uninstalling the app also removes all on-device data.

2. Delete server-side data (this form)

If you signed in or bought Premium, some limited data (see below) may sit on our servers. Submit this form and we'll delete it within 7 days. We'll only use the email to confirm and process your request.

3. What gets deleted — and what's kept

Data	What happens
Google account email & name	Deleted within 7 days of your request
Anonymous device ID, device/app details, country	Deleted within 7 days
Push (FCM) token	Deleted within 7 days
Your birthdays, notes, photos, contacts	Never on our servers — remove them on-device (step 1)
Payment verification records	Kept up to 30 days for fraud/refund handling, then removed

Note: deleting your data here does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel that in Google Play → Subscriptions to stop future billing.
